Venture Mechanics' first ever, LaunchPad Expo features the top six venture-class, early revenue-generating stage companies in the incubator each quarter. Each of these companies is raising either a seed stage, convertible note, or their first institutional financing round. The companies will have been highly vetted by our mentors ("venture mechanics"), with the six finalists receiving substantial coaching on refining their business model and pitching skills.

New Tech Eastside is Back!
New Tech Eastside is coming back after an extended break due to the pandemic. And their new home is Venture Mechanics in Bellevue. New Tech is the largest and most active, respectful, kind, and helpful community of Pacific Northwest technologists assisting each other with the next step in each other’s tech careers and tech companies. We build real relationships to connect and support each other while having as much fun as possible with you.

While tech companies attract a much higher number of neurodivergent leaders and team members with ADHD than other industries, most startups struggle with identifying, understanding, supporting, and managing their neurodivergent team members.
