The Venture Mechanics Coworking Studio has 10,000 sq ft of highly versatile space. Our two primary event spaces are the Boeing and Leonardo rooms, but we do have more than a dozen private offices that can also be used as breakout rooms for some event formats, for example. Our photo studio can also be reconfigured for training workshops, as well. 

Most of our events are oriented towards startup education, but we welcome all users. From trainings to receptions to LAN parties to hackathons, we can usually configure the spaces to meet your exact needs.

Will you be providing food and/or beverages to your attendees? If so, please provide as much detail as possible. We do have limited refrigerator space available to event holders, if needed. While we welcome outside caterers we may be able to assist you with ordering in food and beverage from local suppliers and storing it in advance of the event, so please be as detailed as you can about what your needs are.
Please provide details on how you plan to promote the event. Will you want us to co-promote it to our community?
How Will You Be Managing Registrations?
Will you be charging for tickets? If so, please indicate how much you will be charging, and whether you want us to propose an alternative revenue-share option for the event space rental fee.
